Making Money
. . . With Multi-Level Marketing
If multi-level marketing scares you, then you can stop reading
right here. But, if you are not afraid to talk to
people, then let me tell you why -- especially in hard times --
multi-level marketing may be just the right business for
you.
Some years ago, David Letterman had Donald Trump on his show as
a guest. He posed a question to "The Donald" that went
something like this: "If you lost all of your money what type
of business would you go into today?" Trump paused for just a
brief moment, then responded "network marketing."
After a few snickers from the crowd, he turned to the audience
and said "That's why I'm up here, and you're out there."
Network marketing is not a "get rich quick scheme." Sometimes
confused with pyramid schemes that benefit only people at the
top, today's network marketing generally has well-thought-out
compensation plans and can benefit anyone who works
their business. Essentially, this type of business is
tantamount to "word of mouth" marketing. If you like a product,
you tell your friends, they tell theirs, and so on. In
exchange, the company producing the item gives you a share of
the profits.
If the product is good, chances are it will be well accepted
and people will be willing to recommend it to others.
One of the primary advantages of this form of "home business"
is that it is generally very inexpensive to get started. Though
membership fees can vary widely, it is not uncommon to see fees
range from $30 to $300. Also, by selling the product and
getting people to distribute it themselves, you can see a
return on your investment in a very short time.
When selecting a network marketing business, there seem to be
two schools of thought. One is to get in at the ground level of
the business and take advantage of the groundswell of
popularity. Another is to select an established company with a
proven product and a record of stability and fair
compensation.
The first method may be workable, but there are a lot of
variables. Often, there can be quite a few bugs to work out in
setting up distribution lines and compensation plans. For me,
the second seems a bit more secure. If the product is a good
one, there will always be a market for it. Your job becomes
letting people know about it. How effective you are, will
dictate your income.
Another thing that I would advise is selecting a business that
suits your interests. If you aren't excited about it, you are
not likely to be successful.
The number of multi-level businesses has grown exponentially
over the years. The variety of products now available through
multi-level sales is simply astounding. One area of personal
interest is the health and nutrition field.
I believe it is up to the individual to take control of his or
her health, but with today's busy lifestyles, that can
become very complicated. One vitamin is recommended for this,
another mineral or herb for that, and before you know it
many people just throw in the towel. One company that
understands this and attacks the problem head-on is
SimplexityHealth®.
SimplexityHealth® has been in business for over
twenty years with a proven record of reliability and
results. What is also attractive for many start-up
entrepreneurs is that they pay out weekly, not just every
month, so you can actually start making money
faster. Once you sign up you can ask the company to
set you up with a website, which they do for
free in order to help you develop your (and
their) business. Not least important, their products
are designed to help you with general nutrition, digestion,
immunity and repair*.
